Sales Manager
About This Role
WE at MASS POTATO CHIPS is looking for an experienced and highly connected Sales Manager to lead and expand our FMCG operations across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and the Western Region.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG / food sales within the UAE
- Strong relationships with major hypermarkets, cooperative societies, and supermarket branches in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and the Western Region
- Deep understanding of market trends, seasonal promotions, discounts, and pricing strategies
- Proven ability to open new markets and expand product distribution successfully
- Strong experience in competitor price analysis and identifying market opportunities
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to build trusted long-term business relationships with clients and key accounts
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- UAE driving license is preferred
- Previous experience in the FMCG sector is mandatory
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop sales operations across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and the Western Region
- Expand customer base and open new sales channels
- Monitor market movement, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Plan and execute promotional activities based on market demand and timing
- Achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Coordinate with merchandising and distribution teams to ensure excellent market coverage
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per hour
Experience:
- FMCG UAE MUST: 8 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- DRIVING & Basic food hygiene certificate. (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
