Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for partial remote work.

The Sales Manager will spearhead sales efforts to drive revenue growth, build and maintain strong client relationships, and develop strategic plans to meet sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

include identifying new business opportunities, mentoring and managing the sales team, and working collaboratively with other departments to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively close deals and achieve targets
  • Proficiency in business development and strategic planning
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and generate actionable insights
  • Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently
  • Relevant experience in sales management, preferably in the regional market
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
