Role description
Full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Abu Dhabi, focused on sales growth and customer relationships in the dental products sector.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the sales pipeline, identify business opportunities, and grow existing accounts, revenue, and market presence.
- Lead and support sales representatives, set targets, monitor performance, and coach the team.
- Meet clients, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and coordinate order fulfillment with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Analyze market trends, participate in industry events, and contribute to sales strategies that improve satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, and account management skills; medical or dental products experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to analyze market trends, prepare sales forecasts, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Experience leading or supervising sales teams, including setting goals and monitoring performance.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with attention to documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior dental or healthcare industry experience in the UAE will be prioritized.
- Comfort working on-site in Abu Dhabi and meeting clients or visiting clinics and hospitals as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; fluency in English and Arabic is required.
