About the Role

Urban Capital Development is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

This is a solo, high-impact role designed for a self-motivated professional who thrives independently and has a proven track record of closing high-value real estate deals without relying on a team structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales of real estate development projects, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and brokers
  • Develop and execute a personal sales strategy aligned with company targets
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio independently
  • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to senior management
  • Stay up to date with UAE real estate market trends, regulations, and competitor activity
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in property development
  • -Strong network of investors and clients, and brokers in the UAE market
  • -Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets independently
  • -Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • -Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and accountability
  • -Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
  • -Valid UAE driving license preferred
