Job Summary
Uruguay Oil Field & Safety Equipment Supplies is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in the oilfield and safety equipment sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, industry knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities in oil & gas and industrial sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and close deals
- Track sales performance and market trends
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in **oilfield or safety equipment sales**
- Strong understanding of the UAE market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- UAE driving license (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- **MBA or equivalent qualification** (preferred)
- Experience in a sales leadership or managerial role
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: **Starting from AED 5,000 per month**
