About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth across the United Arab Emirates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and analyze market trends.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to support business growth initiatives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for senior management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic actions.

  • Previous leadership or management experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience within the UAE market is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of sales planning, forecasting, and customer relationship management best practices.
