Candidate Criteria

  • Applicants must have software-selling experience.
  • At least five years of prior experience in the software industry is required.
  • At least five years of software sales experience is required.
  • Excellent command of English is required.
  • Arabic-speaking ability is an advantage.
  • Candidates must have sold at least two of CRM, DMS, ERP, chatbots, technology consulting, or projects.
  • Experience presenting products or solutions to clients is required.
  • A UAE driving licence and car are required.
  • The role requires an individual contributor who can work confidently and achieve weekly KPIs.

Sales Expectations

  • Drive software sales and deliver results as soon as possible and consistently.
  • Present products and solutions to clients.
  • Achieve weekly key performance indicators.
  • Remain passionate about sales and focused on delivering results.

Employment and Compensation

  • The job is full-time and permanent.
  • Pay is AED 3,991.54 to AED 15,800.80 per month.
