Sales Manager role with Hilton focused on driving hotel business, expanding existing business, and developing the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Work with management to drive business needs and expand existing business through promotions and sales channels.
- Develop the sales group and groom a high-performing sales team.
- Manage hotel sales and marketing plans, aligning them with business objectives and market segments.
- Identify business areas needing additional support and drive focused activities with management.
- Recommend, implement, and monitor local sales and marketing initiatives.
- Organize information about hotel products and services for distribution through sales resources and channels to current and potential guests.
- Produce timely reports and present monthly proactive sales team activity to hotel owners and management.
- Coordinate with Reservations, Banqueting, and other departments on guest experience and sales programs.
- Contribute to management meetings and prepare hotel contracts based on current business and pricing conditions.

- Develop and lead a high-performing sales team.
