About Arrivy

Arrivy is a US-based SaaS company building an Operations Execution Cloud for businesses managing field teams, service operations, logistics, and physical workflows.

Its platform supports scheduling, dispatch, routing, field service management, dock scheduling, workforce management, digital forms, customer communication, and AI-enabled operational processes.

Role overview

The Sales Manager will establish and grow Arrivy's business in Qatar and the GCC while also selling to field-service operators worldwide.

This is a hands-on revenue-generating leadership role: the manager begins by finding customers and closing deals, then helps build a regional team.

The role requires flexible hours, including regular early-morning or evening calls across time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Find and develop opportunities, run the complete B2B sales cycle, manage mid-market and enterprise pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
  • Build customer relationships and business cases; manage procurement, tenders, security reviews, and data-residency or hosting questions.
  • Establish the Qatar market presence, develop industry relationships and partnerships, attend events, and share regional market and competitor insight.
  • Help recruit, train, coach, and manage SDRs and Account Executives as the regional team grows.
  • Create prospecting and lead-generation processes; maintain CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline reports.
  • Coordinate with global teams, bring in technical support at appropriate deal stages, ensure accurate implementation handovers, and update company leadership.

Required qualifications

  • At least 5 years in B2B software, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology sales, with a proven record of hitting targets and closing deals.
  • Must understand a technical product involving routing, scheduling, integrations, and APIs well enough to engage IT and technical buyers.
  • Experience with complete software sales cycles, multi-stakeholder deals, independent pipeline generation, and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills; excellent English communication.
  • Must accommodate calls outside standard Doha hours, be based in Qatar or willing to relocate to Doha, and travel across the GCC when required.

Preferred qualifications

  • Qatar market knowledge, Qatar or GCC business networks, relevant industry sales experience, government or semi-government sales, or experience leading sales teams are preferred.
  • Field service management, ERP, CRM, workflow automation, or operations software knowledge; Arabic proficiency; and experience opening territories or launching technology products in the GCC are preferred.

Compensation

  • Monthly base salary is QAR 13,000–20,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Performance-based sales commission is tied to new recurring revenue; stated approximate annual on-target earnings are QAR 200,000–340,000, depending on target achievement.

Benefits

  • Medical insurance, visa sponsorship, Qatar residence permit processing, and relocation support to Doha are listed.
  • End-of-service benefits are provided according to Qatar Labour Law.
  • The role offers a path into regional sales leadership as the team grows.

Workplace

  • Work location is in person in Doha.
