Responsibilities

• Generate monthly revenue and achieve branch sales and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Manage B2B and B2C sales teams to achieve targets.
• Identify and close business opportunities and manage the client pipeline.
• Maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
• Build client relationships that support retention, referrals, and long-term revenue.
• Hire, train, coach, and manage sales-team performance.
• Oversee branch operations, budget control, compliance, and cost optimization.
• Prepare sales reporting and forecasting using CRM and analytics tools.
• Provide performance and revenue reports to senior management.
• Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, plans, strategies, and target locations.
• Monitor market and competitor activity and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience managing sales teams, telecallers, or similar teams.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Target-driven approach with the ability to achieve daily call and conversion targets.
• Experience with ZOHO CRM is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Working hours are Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Telecalling and sales-management experience of 5 years are preferred.

Pay and benefits

• Pay is AED 5,000–AED 9,000 per month.
