Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations while supporting business growth through strong client relationships and service excellence. This role combines operational leadership with client-facing responsibilities to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new client opportunities

Assess client requirements and propose tailored solutions

Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure timely service delivery

Plan and manage preventive maintenance schedules

Supervise technicians, contractors, and support teams

Monitor service quality, response times, and customer satisfaction

Support sales activities through client engagement and relationship management

Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements

Track budgets, maintenance costs, and resource allocation

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Resolve service issues and customer escalations efficiently

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery

Maintain reports on performance metrics and sales activities

Train and mentor team members on best practices

Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance operations / facility management / sales coordination

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and client management abilities

Knowledge of preventive maintenance and repair processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Office or CMMS systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
