Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our logistics team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in freight forwarding and logistics sales, with the ability to build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Promote the company's logistics, freight, and supply chain solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct regular client visits, sales meetings, and presentations.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of customer shipments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM systems.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in outdoor sales within the logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and freight services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Valid UAE driving license (required).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
