Role Overview
Island Properties FZ LLC manages short-term rental properties across Ras Al Khaimah.
The Sales & Listing Coordinator supports sales, property onboarding, online listings, and communication among landlords, sales, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales inquiries, follow up with prospective clients, and maintain lead records.
- Coordinate owner onboarding requirements, documentation, and agreements.
- Create and optimize listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and other booking platforms; manage descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate property readiness with operations and help prepare rental projections, proposals, and presentations.
- Monitor listing performance, visibility, and occupancy; maintain records and provide management reports.
Requirements
- Experience in holiday homes, hospitality, real estate, or property management is preferred.
- Knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, or other OTA platforms is advantageous.
- Strong communication, coordination, customer service, organization, and attention to detail.
- Good written and spoken English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Able to multitask, meet deadlines, work independently and in a team, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
