Sales & Leasing Consultant
About This Role
Knightsbridge Properties is looking for a Leasing & Sales Broker specializing in Dubai’s real estate market, with expertise in property leasing, sales negotiations and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end property leasing from listing to closing
- Source and secure new property listings (residential and/or commercial)
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
- Negotiate lease terms to achieve the best outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations
- Promote properties through online platforms, social media, and networking.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Customer-focused with a professional approach
- Confidence and persistence
- Proven experience in real estate leasing and sales
