Manage residential rental deals for 3-, 6-, and 12-month periods.
Work with warm leads, conduct property viewings, negotiate rental terms, and close leasing agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming warm leads and rental inquiries; understand client needs and recommend suitable apartments.
- Arrange and conduct viewings; present and sell rental packages for 3-, 6-, and 12-month periods.
- Negotiate rental terms, close deals, and coordinate tenancy agreements and required documentation.
- Follow up with clients, maintain accurate CRM records, and achieve monthly leasing targets.
Requirements
- Previous Dubai real estate rental experience is required; one year is listed as preferred in the pay/experience details.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai rental market and leasing procedures.
- Proven experience with viewings, negotiations, and closing rental deals; good English communication skills.
- Strong sales and customer service skills; proactive, organized, and results-driven.
- A UAE driving licence is advantageous.
Compensation and benefits
- Fixed salary of AED 5,000 per month plus commission; stated total earning potential is AED 15,000 or more per month based on performance.
