Sales & Leasing Consultant
About This Role
Draft, review, and process all types of contracts.
Ensure all contracts are following legal and company standards
Maintain digital and physical contract records systematically.
Track contract timelines, including renewals, expirations, and milestones.
Support the registration and submission of contracts on government portals (e.g., Tawtheeq, Kezard).
Meet with Clients to present sample rooms and address their inquiries.
Assist with internal and external audits related to contracts.
Collaborate with the finance team to verify payment terms and contractual obligations.
File hard copies of contracts and submit them to the finance department.
Coordinate with clients to help to resolve their queries.
Follow up on documentation required for contract finalization.
Ensure proper archiving and confidentiality of all contract files.
Assist in resolving tenant-related concerns and lease-related queries.
