Real Estate Sales & Leasing Agent
**N&H Homes Real Estate** is looking for an experienced and motivated **Sales & Leasing Agent** to join our team in Lusail, Qatar.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote, market, and sell real estate properties to prospective clients.
- Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property viewings and assist clients throughout the sales and leasing process.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales and leasing deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on the Qatar real estate market, property trends, and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in real estate sales and leasing in Qatar.
- Proven experience in property sales, leasing, and client relationship management.
- Valid Qatar driving license.
- Must own a car.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Excellent knowledge of the Qatar real estate market.
