Qualifications
- 2-5 years of retail sales experience
- Sales-driven mindset with a customer-focused approach as well as ability to train, delegate and motivate effectively
- Team-oriented spirit with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Great problem solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied hours as needed.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
