Role overview
Manage customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders for curtain cleaning and home services across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The employer seeks a proven sales closer rather than a customer-service-only representative.
Responsibilities
- Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, website inquiries, and digital marketing leads; convert inquiries into bookings.
- Assess customer needs, recommend services, prepare quotations, negotiate within approved pricing guidelines, and close sales.
- Follow up on leads, handle pricing objections, and encourage order confirmation.
- Coordinate appointments and curtain removal, cleaning, delivery, and reinstallation schedules with operations.
- Maintain inquiry, quotation, order, and follow-up records; update customer and sales activity in CRM and Excel.
- Build customer relationships, generate repeat business and referrals, meet monthly sales and satisfaction targets, and report performance daily and monthly.
Mandatory qualifications and experience
- A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree is mandatory.
- At least 2 years of UAE sales experience is required.
- Candidates must demonstrate successful inquiry-to-sale conversion and strong telephone sales, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English is required.
- Proficiency in Excel, email, WhatsApp Business, and CRM applications is required.
- Must work independently, manage multiple leads, achieve targets, and demonstrate organizational, time-management, and customer-service skills.
Preferred experience
- Curtain cleaning, curtain sales, interior furnishing, or professional home-services experience is preferred.
- Experience with Google Ads, website, and social-media leads; service quotations; or field-service appointments is preferred.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary from AED 3,500, with performance-based sales commission.
