We are urgently seeking a confident and customer-focused **Sales Lady** to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance
- Maintain product displays and ensure the shop is clean and presentable
- Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately
- Follow company policies and sales procedures
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Presentable, energetic, and customer-oriented
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Team player with a positive attitude
