Sales Lady

Role objective

Sales and customer service

• Welcome customers, assist with their needs, explain products, prices, promotions, and special offers.
• Recommend products and encourage purchases while maintaining a helpful, non-pressuring approach.
• Handle customer concerns politely and refer complicated issues to the supervisor.
• Work toward assigned daily sales targets and support business goals.

Store, stock, and payments

• Maintain attractive, clean, and organized product displays, shelves, counters, and sales areas.
• Monitor stock, report shortages or damaged items, and assist with stock counts, deliveries, and product quality checks.
• Process purchases accurately and handle cash, card, and other payments according to company procedures.
• Report daily sales, customer feedback, stock shortages, and operational issues to the supervisor.

Flower shop duties

• Help customers select bouquets, flower arrangements, gifts, and add-on products; explain flower availability and customization options.
• Handle flowers carefully and ensure displays are fresh, clean, and attractive.
• Wrap bouquets, prepare gift packaging, and arrange display products when required.
• Record orders accurately, including delivery details, greeting cards, and special requests; coordinate with florists and delivery staff for timely fulfillment.

• Handle money, products, and company property honestly and responsibly.
• Maintain a neat, clean, professional appearance and keep products and work areas orderly.
• Be positive, persuasive without pressuring customers, responsible, organized, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Cooperate with colleagues, follow instructions and company policies, and support assigned tasks.

Work location

• Work location is in person in Rabdan, Abu Dhabi.

Pay

• Pay is AED 200 to AED 2,500 per month.
