Sales Internship
About This Role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Intern to support our sales and leasing team. This internship provides hands-on experience in property consulting, client handling, lead generation, and market research within Dubai’s dynamic real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating and qualifying leads through portals, social media, and referrals
- Support property consultants in client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
- Conduct market research on property trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Help prepare property listings, presentations, and marketing materials
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client and property data
- Coordinate with clients, developers, and internal teams for smooth transactions
- Attend training sessions and learn about real estate laws and processes in Dubai
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
