Role Description

This on-site Sales Intern role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is an internship position.

The Sales Intern will support the sales team in managing leads, preparing proposals, and following up with prospective and existing clients.

Daily tasks include assisting with client research, drafting sales presentations, updating CRM records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate project details.

The intern will also help prepare quotes, participate in client calls or meetings as appropriate, and contribute to sales reports and performance tracking.

This role offers hands-on exposure to event technology solutions and the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of B2B sales in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

  • Comfort with basic office and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, email and calendar tools); familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to conduct structured research on markets, competitors, and potential clients, and to summarize findings into actionable insights.
  • Organized, detail-oriented work style, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow established sales processes.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical specialists.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Comfort working on-site at client events or demonstrations when needed, including occasional evenings or weekends depending on event schedules.
