About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Immigration Consultant to join our growing immigration consultancy.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, client handling, and international migration services.
You will be responsible for converting leads into successful clients by advising them on suitable immigration programs and closing sales efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with inbound and outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, emails).
- Understand clients’ profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways (Canada, Europe, Australia, etc.).
- Explain visa options, process timelines, eligibility, and company services clearly.
- Convert inquiries into paying clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM or internal systems.
- Coordinate with the processing team for smooth file handling after sales.
- Build long-term relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Commission Structure
- Above 8 full sales, QAR 250 per successful sale, paid in addition to monthly salary.
- No cap on earnings – the more you sell, the more you earn.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in sales (immigration mandatory).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Good knowledge of immigration and willingness to learn.
- English required; Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work with targets and KPIs.
