Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead and expand our Forex brokerage business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FX sales, client acquisition, and team leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the financial markets industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets

Build, manage, and lead a high-performing sales team

Drive client acquisition, retention, and relationship management

Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead conversion

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Forex / FX brokerage sales

Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role

Strong understanding of Forex markets, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), and client lifecycle

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Existing network of clients or IBs (Introducing Brokers) is a strong advantage
