Role Description
We are looking for a motivated, confident, and professional **Sales Girl / Membership Consultant** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong personality, and a passion for fitness.
She will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, guiding clients through membership options, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell gym memberships and training packages (Muay Thai, Fitness, Kids Classes, Personal Training).
- Handle walk-in inquiries and follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Provide tours of the gym and assist clients with booking trial sessions.
- Maintain strong knowledge of all services, offers, and promotions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
- Work closely with management to reach monthly sales goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, confident, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Basic computer and social media skills are an advantage.
