The role handles sales enquiries and welcomes clients at the employer’s office.
The employer provides business setup, PRO, accounting, bookkeeping, audit coordination, tax and other corporate services.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on company-provided leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Understand client requirements and explain suitable services with team support.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, convert enquiries into confirmed business and work toward sales targets.
- Welcome visitors and handle incoming calls and office enquiries professionally.
- Maintain lead records and coordinate client handovers with operations.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-service and client-facing skills, including professional reception management and visitor handling.
- Sales and business-development abilities, including lead follow-up, basic consultations and service promotion.
- Administrative and organizational skills, including appointment scheduling, documentation handling and record keeping.
- Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic or additional languages are advantageous.
- Proficiency with office software such as MS Office, email and CRM tools, and comfort with digital workflows.
- Attention to detail, reliability and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Prior front desk, customer service or sales experience; UAE corporate services or consulting experience is a plus.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, administration or a related field is preferred.
