This role has opened as we scale our export activities and increase demand for dedicated customer focus, enhanced market intelligence, and strategic sales development.
Getting a Flying Start
As our
Sales Export Manager
, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and driving export sales across multiple markets.
You’ll develop and execute sales strategies, grow key accounts, and identify new business opportunities — ensuring our products and services remain competitive and aligned with market needs.
Your work will directly impact our revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term market positioning.
How You Make An Impact
- In this role, you will:
- Build and deliver export sales development plans based on past performance, company strategy, and market trends.
- Manage and control sales activities aligned with defined objectives and targets.
- Participate in major contract discussions and negotiations with key customers.
- Create new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and customer follow-ups.
- Support key account relationships and ensure strong customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a bridge between sales, tendering, supply chain, and plant operations to ensure alignment on product availability, contract terms, and customer requirements.
- Keep management informed through structured weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
- Monitor competitors and market conditions — pricing, products, delivery schedules, and more.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, providing solutions and recommendations
Your Starting Points
- A degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- Experience in the cables industry, utilities, or oil & gas sector (a strong plus).
- Advanced knowledge of Middle Eastern markets and their business landscape.
- Strong background in sales, with a proven track record of developing and closing opportunities.
- A customer-centric mindset and strong market awareness.
- Ability to work across global teams with operational excellence and strong communication skills.
