Full-time Sales Experience Agent role at Kavak.
The role supports showroom sales of pre-owned vehicles in the UAE.
Sales and customer experience
- Handle appointment-client enquiries, qualify customer needs, and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Meet monthly sales targets, follow up with prospects, and convert enquiries into sales.
- Present vehicles, explain features and specifications, arrange test drives, and negotiate prices.
- Maintain customer profiles and update the OMS system with timely follow-ups.
- Identify sales opportunities for finance, insurance, warranties, service contracts, and other ancillary products.
- Coordinate documentation and vehicle delivery with internal departments to support customer satisfaction.
Skills and experience
- At least 2–3 years of sales experience; automotive experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of the UAE automotive market and customer expectations.
- Able to work toward monthly targets and proactively follow up with customers.
- Customer-oriented approach and basic working knowledge of MS Office and CRM or OMS systems.
- Good command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
Preferred experience
- Used-car sales or multi-brand automotive dealership experience is a plus.
- Vehicle specifications, features, and market-pricing knowledge are nice to have.
- Experience selling automotive finance, insurance, warranties, or other ancillary products is a plus.
- An existing customer network in the UAE automotive market is a plus.
- Arabic or French language skills are an added advantage.
