We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Doha, Qatar.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting residential and commercial properties, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
This role is suitable for motivated professionals with excellent communication and negotiation skills who are passionate about real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate property sales and leasing transactions.
- Promote and market the company's residential, commercial, and investment properties to prospective clients.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate information regarding available properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into successful sales or leasing deals.
- Negotiate sales and lease agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Qatar real estate market, property values, and industry trends.
- Prepare sales reports, client records, and property documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and property listings.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, property leasing, banking, insurance, or related sales fields.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Good knowledge of the Qatar real estate market is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be currently residing in Qatar.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- A valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
