About This Role

Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our electronics team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting electronics products based on their needs and preferences such as Mobile phones, IPAD, Accessories, washing machine, Television.
  • Demonstrate product features and explain benefits clearly
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Maintain product displays and ensure the store is well-presented
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
  • Stay updated on the latest electronics and technology trends

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales, in electronics is MUST
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven with a customer-first approach
  • Candidates who do not have electronics experience kindly do not apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
