Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of corporate and individual clients for warranty and risk management solutions.
Responsibilities include presenting and explaining product offerings, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contract terms, and closing sales in alignment with company targets.
The role involves maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, providing post-sale support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate implementation of warranty programs and customer satisfaction.
Sales Executives will also monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in direct sales, business development, and account management within services or financial/insurance-related industries.
- Strong client relationship-building, consultative selling, and negotiation abilities, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex warranty and risk management concepts clearly.
- Competence in basic CRM usage, lead tracking, and sales reporting, along with solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Prior experience in warranty, insurance, automotive, electronics, or asset protection sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages commonly used in the region are a plus.
