Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Executive Sales professional to join our real estate team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, promoting property sales, and achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their property needs and investment goals.
  • Present and promote residential, commercial, or investment properties to potential buyers.
  • Conduct property viewings and site visits.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or property consulting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a strong target-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license (if required).

Preferred Experience

  • 2–5+ years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience handling residential, commercial, or luxury property sales.
