We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executives specializing in Any line of Insurance to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the UAE market, bringing in a portfolio of existing clients and driving business growth through revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Leverage your existing portfolio of Insurance clients to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the UAE market, focusing on Insurance solutions.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction while exploring opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Revenue Generation: Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals through proactive client management and sales strategies.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in Insurance within the UAE.
- Portfolio: Must bring a portfolio of active clients in the UAE market.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE insurance regulations and products.
Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and client management abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and sales management software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Languages: Proficiency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu) are a plus.
