By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads across spas and hair salons
- Set up appointment for our demonstrator to showcase the product
- Autonomously manage leads and client cycle
- Ensure client base is of the right standard for Shazay
Qualifications
- 1+ year sales experience in UAE within the Hair / cosmetics industry
- Able to work autonomously
- Excellent command of English. Arabic is a plus.
- Own visa / driving license
- Initial work will be freelance base with a base salary + heavy comission incentive.
- Direct demos and presentation to each client will be managed from the company side, supporting in closing sales.
- No sponsorship available in the first year.
