We are seeking a highly **enthusiastic, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Executive / Sales Manager** to join our growing team in the **interior fit-out and joinery industry**.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, confident in client handling, and ready to actively explore new business opportunities.
This role requires a proactive individual who can bring strong market connections, generate leads, and contribute directly to the company’s business expansion and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- **Actively drive sales and generate new business opportunities in the interior fit-out, joinery, and interior solutions sector**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and project stakeholders
- **Identify new markets, explore business opportunities, and convert leads into long-term clients**
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing deals
- **Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in a professional manner**
- Bring innovative ideas and effective sales strategies to support business growth
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with design, technical, and project teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management
Candidate Profile
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about sales and business development
- Proven experience in **interior fit-out, joinery, or interior design sales** is strongly preferred
- **Strong existing client network in the UAE market**.
- Ability to bring in projects and generate business independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- **Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred**
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and confident personality
- Target-oriented mindset with ability to work under pressure and deliver results
