Senior Sales Executive , Sales Engineer– Ready Mix Concrete & Blocks

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell Ready Mix Concrete and Concrete Blocks. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads for Ready Mix Concrete and Blocks through site visits, contractors, consultants, and developers
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
• Visit construction sites regularly to understand project requirements
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals
• Coordinate with production, batching plant, and dispatch teams for smooth supply
• Follow up on deliveries, customer feedback, and payment collection
• Monitor market trends, competitors’ pricing, and customer demands
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in Ready Mix Concrete / Blocks / Building Materials
• Strong knowledge of construction market, contractors, and consultants
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
