Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our marketing agency in Dubai.

This is an excellent opportunity for self-motivated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities with corporate clients, small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs), and startups seeking comprehensive marketing solutions.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the drive to build and maintain meaningful client relationships.

• Business Development & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation strategies
  • Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach to qualify leads
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and business forums to generate new business opportunities
  • Client Acquisition
  • Present marketing agency services and solutions to prospective clients
  • Customize service packages based on client needs and budget requirements
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts during the sales cycle
  • Ensure smooth handover of new clients to the account management team

• Sales Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate records of all prospects and clients in the CRM system
  • Track sales pipeline progress, forecast revenue, and report on key metrics
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on market trends
  • Market Intelligence
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions
  • Provide feedback to management on market needs and client pain points
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives

Required

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience (preferably in marketing services, B2B sales, or agency environment)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of self-motivation and resilience to handle rejection
  • UAE driving license and own transportation (preferred)

Desirable

  • Previous experience selling to corporates or businesses in the UAE/Gulf region
  • Familiarity with marketing agency services and solutions
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Knowledge of B2B sales methodology (SPIN, Consultative Selling, etc.)
  • Multilingual abilities (English, Arabic, etc.)

Success Metrics & Kpis

  • Monthly quota attainment (target: 100%+)
  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Sales closure rate and win/loss ratio
  • Average contract value
  • Client satisfaction scores
  • Pipeline health and sales forecast accuracy
  • Adherence to CRM data entry standards
