We are hiring a Russian-speaking Sales Executive to join a fast-growing company specializing in global mobility and business solutions.

- HR support (hiring, onboarding, payroll, terminations, employee management)

- Second citizenships (Colombia, Brazil, Venezuela, Caribbean)
We operate in multiple languages: Russian, English, German, and French.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Actively source new clients via LinkedIn, networking, and cold calling
- Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day
- Conduct negotiations and successfully close deals
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Provide excellent customer service and client support
- Occasional business trips (rare)
Requirements
- Fluent in Russian and English
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Dubai
- Proven track record in sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Results-driven, proactive, and professional attitude
