The job title is Sales Executive – SaaS Systems
Responsibilities include managing sales and developing business opportunities.
The work location is based on the company's needs or partially remote.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for marketing and selling the company's digital products based on the SaaS subscription model, including Quality Management System , by attracting potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting proposals, monitoring sales opportunities, and closing deals that meet the company's sales objectives while contributing to the expansion of its products within targeted sectors.
First: Research and Attract Clients
- Identify potential clients in targeted sectors for the company's products.
- Build an updated database of potential clients including contact information, sector, volume of business, and expected needs.
- Initial contact with clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and field visits.
- Qualify potential clients and assess their fit for the company's products.
Second: Present Products and Solutions
- Provide professional explanations of the company's products, especially the Quality Management System and the Guidance System.
- Clarify the added value of the systems in terms of efficiency improvement, process optimization, error reduction, and report generation.
- Conduct presentations and demo trials for potential clients.
- Understand client needs and translate them into clear solutions for appropriate products.
Third: Manage Sales Opportunities
- Track clients from initial contact to contract signing.
- Prepare pricing proposals and technical offers in coordination with the relevant management.
- Negotiate with clients within the defined authorities from management.
- Monitor contracts, purchase orders, and payments in coordination with the financial management.
- Continuously update the status of each sales opportunity in the client management tool or tracking file.
Fourth: Develop Relationships
- Build long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction post-sale in coordination with the technical support team and customer service.
- Propose additional sales opportunities or upgrades to existing subscriptions for current clients.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events.
Fifth: Reporting and Tracking
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on potential clients, meetings, proposals submitted, open opportunities, and closed deals.
- Analyze reasons for acceptance or rejection of proposals and elevate recommendations to management.
- Monitor achieving sales targets monthly and quarterly.
- Report market needs and client feedback to the product development team.
