Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Dammam.
The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and site visits, presenting technical product solutions, preparing quotations, and negotiating terms in line with company guidelines.
The role involves maintaining strong relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, and distributors, while consistently following up on projects and inquiries.
The Sales Executive will also collaborate with technical and operations teams, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills in B2B or construction-related industries, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- Technical aptitude to understand construction sealants, glazing solutions, and building applications (experience with similar products is an advantage).
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders (contractors, engineers, architects, project managers).
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects, follow up consistently, and meet sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the construction, building materials, or industrial solutions sector in the GCC region is highly beneficial.
- Comfortable working on-site and conducting frequent client visits across Dammam and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in standard office and CRM tools; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as required.
