Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support business growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving project acquisition across events, exhibitions, activations, and experiential solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage the sales cycle from lead generation through project handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries and markets.
  • Generate leads through networking, client outreach (cold calling and emails), referrals, and market research.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Attend client meetings, present company capabilities, and understand project requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations in coordination with internal teams.
  • Follow up on submitted proposals and support negotiation and closing activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Represent LUXE at exhibitions, networking events, and industry gatherings.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to company growth objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, events, exhibitions, or related industries.
  • Previous experience in the events and exhibitions industry is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and close business opportunities.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a MUST
  • Valid driving license preferred.
