Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing 3PL logistics team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through warehousing, transportation, and supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector.
- Promote 3PL services including warehousing, transportation, fulfillment, and value-added services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in 3PL, warehousing, or logistics services.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- *Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and knowledge of the local market are advantageous.
- Valid driving license (preferred).
