Sales Executive - Retail
About This Role
Acquire new retail customers and grow sales within the FMCG market.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets (volume & revenue).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Present and promote the company’s product portfolio.
Manage order processing and ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) deliveries.
Issue accurate invoices and ensure correct pricing as per company policy.
Coordinate with logistics and drivers for deliveries, pallet returns, and stock checks.
Handle cheque collections and follow up on pending payments.
Maintain customer documentation, sales records, and regular sales reports.
Ensure proper use of company assets and compliance with FOC policies.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity and update the Line Manager.
Follow HSSE, safety, and compliance standards at all times.
