Summary

This is a full-time, on-site **Sales Executive** role based in Dubai.

The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new leads, manage a pipeline of prospective buyers and investors, and conduct property viewings and presentations.

The role includes preparing and delivering proposals, negotiating terms within company guidelines, and supporting clients through the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing.

The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, follow up consistently with prospects, and collaborate with marketing and development teams to align sales activities with current projects and campaigns.

The position also involves monitoring market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to support continuous improvement of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to showcase available listings.
  • Maintain an updated portfolio of properties, including off‑plan, ready, and secondary market units.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with buyers, sellers, developers, and investors.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, property comparisons, and investment analyses.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and property events.

Qualifications

  • Comfort with prospecting, lead qualification, and managing a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, investment principles, and property transaction processes.
  • Ability to work on-site, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools; familiarity with real estate listing platforms is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
