Albab Developers is seeking experienced and motivated Sales Executives with a real estate background to join our growing team.
The ideal candidates should be confident in handling clients, generating leads, and closing deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through calls, networking, and client meetings
- Handle client inquiries and provide suitable solutions
- Conduct meetings and present company services professionally
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful deals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of sales experience in real estate**
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to close deals and meet targets
- Good understanding of the UAE real estate market
- Presentable, confident, and target-driven personality
- Fluency in English
