Role Overview
Sales Executive role focused on ready-mix concrete or building-material products.
The role covers client development, technical product explanation, negotiations, quotations, closing, retention, and collections support.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing and new client leads through excellent follow-up.
- Schedule appointments with builders, architects, and contractors.
- Conduct customer visits, meetings, negotiations, and deal closing.
- Prepare quotations, submit them to customers, and follow up.
- Maintain customer database records and support client retention.
- Work with the collection team on payment collection and follow-up.
- Support pricing strategy and new project finalization with plant or general management.
- Pursue new sales prospects and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Prepare product presentations, handle objections, and share customer feedback internally.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales executive or business development work, with a minimum of 2 years stated.
- B.E. Civil, Diploma Civil, or MBA in Marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management and market research experience.
- Ready-mix concrete sales background is preferred.
Languages and Certification
- English is preferred.
- Arabic is preferred.
- Qatar driving license is required.
- Candidates should understand and explain product technicalities.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 4,100 to QAR 5,100 per month.
