Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in the printing industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and achieving revenue targets across commercial printing, packaging, promotional printing, and corporate printing segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth objectives within the printing sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, advertising agencies, publishers, packaging companies, retail businesses, and other print buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable printing solutions, materials, finishes, and production methods.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, cost estimates, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Coordinate closely with production, prepress, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms to successfully close sales opportunities.
- Manage existing customer accounts, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure repeat business.
- Stay updated on printing technologies, substrates, finishing techniques, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Monitor project progress and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the production cycle.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track sales activities, maintain customer records, and generate sales reports.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the commercial printing, packaging printing, digital printing, offset printing, signage, or related printing industry.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, paper grades, finishing techniques, and production workflows.
- Proven ability to generate new business and manage key customer accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
