Role Description

The Sales Executive (Outdoor Sales) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This role is responsible for generating new business by visiting prospective and existing customers, presenting Aqua Best’s water treatment and filtration solutions, and closing sales.

The Sales Executive will conduct market research, identify key accounts, schedule client meetings, deliver product demonstrations, prepare and submit quotations, and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.

Daily tasks include maintaining strong relationships with customers, coordinating with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth installation and after-sales service, and updating the CRM or sales reports with accurate activity and pipeline information.

The role also involves participating in promotions or events, gathering customer feedback, and staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates.

Qualifications

  • Strong outdoor sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Experience in customer relationship management, account management, and providing consultative product presentations.
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of water treatment and filtration systems, with aptitude for learning product features and applications.
  • Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse clients and decision-makers.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, including territory planning, reporting, and working independently in the field.
  • Previous experience in water treatment, filtration, or related industrial/healthcare products sales in the UAE is highly desirable.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel frequently within Dubai and other emirates as required.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages in the region is an advantage.
  • Basic computer literacy, including use of email, spreadsheets, and CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field preferred.
