The Field Sales Executive will represent our e‑commerce platform by visiting retail stores, introducing our annual subscription packages, and onboarding merchants to the platform.
This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in face‑to‑face sales, and the ability to build trust with business owners.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to retail shops, boutiques, and commercial outlets.
- Present and explain the benefits of our e‑commerce platform and annual subscription plans.
- **Acquire new merchant subscriptions and meet monthly sales targets.**
- Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and conversions.
- Build long‑term relationships with merchants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold brand standards.
- Provide feedback from the market to help improve our services.
- Collaborate with the operations manager to plan weekly outreach strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in **outdoor sales**, **B2B sales**.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English + Arabic.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate with business owners.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce, online marketplaces, or digital platforms is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and confident personality.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.

- Experience selling subscriptions, or digital services.
- Knowledge of E-commerce market.
- Strong relationship‑building and customer‑service mindset.
- Time‑management and self‑motivation.
